How to Order

For personalized orders, choose your design, add your details, and approve your proof before we print.

1. Choose your design and quantity

Browse our collection and open the design you would like to order. Choose from the quantities shown on that product page. The available options and price can vary by product and selected country.

Check what your selection includes. For example, a product showing “50 Envelopes + 50 Cards” includes 50 envelopes and 50 cards. Choose and add each design separately.

2. Add your personal details

Complete the fields shown for your product. Where Printed name is requested, enter it exactly as you would like it to appear, including spelling, spacing and punctuation. Use Additional notes for extra instructions.

If you need something beyond the options shown, contact us before placing your order.

3. Review and check out

Check your chosen design, quantity, personal details and total. Add your selection to your cart, then complete your delivery details and choose your payment method at checkout. Pay online or select cash on delivery where available.

4. Review your WhatsApp proof

For personalized orders, after you place your order we send a design proof on WhatsApp before printing. Revisions are included. Check the design and wording, tell us any changes, and approve the proof when you are ready for us to print.

5. Production and delivery

Estimated time from the order date, including production and delivery, is 2–4 business days for Qatar and 3–5 business days for the UAE. If design approval is delayed, the delivery estimate moves accordingly.
